Shipping policy

We use Royal Mail as our main courier. We do our best to process orders within 1 days but this may vary during holidays and busy periods. 

All orders are shipped Tracked 24 and you will receive an email from Royal Mail with your tracking numbers once the order has been processed. 

If you are buying as a gift and you want to ship the item to a different address to your billing address, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order to let us know. Sometimes our systems will mark these orders as fraudulent and we will issue refunds to the original card.
